TODAY concert... so damn excited n nervous...lolx... went sch. early in the mornin... den changed n board the bus at bout 11.15... was the earliest to leave sch. n the earliest to reach VCH... den waited ferr other performing arts grps to arrive den we had our rehearsal... the rehearsal quite bad lor... every grp perform nt gd... den miie damn scared lor... scared tat the whole concert will be ruined... den aft tat went to rest la...

at bout 4.40, we went to arrange our stands... still nt very nervous... budden gt quite alot of audience le... den many parents were waving to us... den after arrangin stands n puttin our scores thr, we went backstage... waited n waited... den at bout 4.50, we went in... still nt scared coz i noe b4 us still gt fan fair band performance... den when MC, geraldine n xiao dong, announced the arrival of guest of honour, i became quite nervous... so scared tat we will ruin the concert... den the MCs tok bout SO... den suddenly "let's welcome mr james wong n the string orchestra"... i so nervous...

den mr wong was lyk tellin us to smile den saw his action so funny... den the few of us laugh abit la... den miie not so nervous le... lolx... in my heart, i kept reminding myself, dun tok, look at mr wong n concentrate...

first song, spanish dance... not very worried coz tat song miie still not bad... den aft tat song, mr wong gave us a thumbs up... so happi... knew tat we performed well for the song n reallie wanted to perform well for the other songs... dun wanna "throw face"... lolx... den audience oso gt clap for us... very loud...

den 2nd song, brevard sketches... tat song damn diff... gt few parts miie practice many many times but still cnt make it... but told myself tat i muz play well 4 the parts tat i can play n i practiced those parts over n pver again b4 the concert.... for those parts tat i dunno, i'll juz leave it... lyk mr lim say, "if reallie cnt play, the bow-ing correct den can le... " lolx... den played... no mistakes... so happy... onli tat the parts i reallie dunno, i nv play la... den saw mr wong give us another thumbs up... so damn relieved...

3rd song, londonderry air, tat song very easy... sure can de... den as i expected everything went fine....

last song... oso a song tat im quite worried bout... coz during rehearsal, tat song was the worst... the song is one other den joy of spring... the song tat the SO alwayz play durin sch. performance... i reminded myself over n over again to look at mr wong during some parts... n i did... all went well... so happy...

after the end of all 4 songs, we stood up proudly... reallie so happy tat we reallie played well... didnt expect so much improvement within few hours... oso happy tat the audience clapped 4 us after every song... very proud of myself... didnt make the mistakes i usually make... lolx...

during the encore song of the band, which was the last song of the concert, all the performers n the stage hands went our to clap with the song... end of " an evening of enchanting music" le... mr koh n mr ong was tellin us, "gd job" at tat moment, reallie felt tat i did not waste 2 mths training...

den aft tat, we came back to sch. ... main gate nv open.. den the sch. is full of darkness... den aft tat, dunno who go open the main gate... den our bus is the first bus to go inside... so scary.. the sch. so dark... den the statue outside the general office looks so scary... a sch. w/o lights... den we all was lyk, so scary... can dun go in... lolx... den finally we went down... was 1 of the few to go down with the cello ppl... den walked in front... so dark... we decided to stick together... we was lyk... can dun walk le ma?? can go back ma??... den walked till outside canteen, found out tat none of the staircase was open...

how?? all our things in studio lei... diie le la... den mr see switch on the canteen lights den help us open 1 of the staircase... but the staircase damn spooky... so dark... no lights... den we all took out our phones, tryin to make the staircase brighter... budden no use... too little lights le... haizzz... den we walked ti studio 1... finally see lights... phew... not so scary le... lolx... den put our violas n decided nt to go toilet change... coz so spooky... den changed our skirts in studio... den saw seniors change shirt in studio den we oso change in studio... den we were like puut the cca tee on first den take out costume... so ma fan.. haizz.. budden still managed to change...

den aft tat miie n huijun went to eat den went home... haizz... today is such a tiring day... hope tmr can rest more budden cnt... still gotta go sch. to do project... haiz... reallie wanna slp le...
